Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated: During the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and for two years of the leadership/caliphate of Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), three divorces were counted as only one divorce.
