Children, women, and weak people may go to Mina from Muzdalifah at night
Hadith 374
اَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَکْرٍ، اَنَا ابْنُ جُرَیْجٍ، اَخْبَرَنِیْ عَطَاءٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ اَنَّ رَسُوْلَ اللّٰهِ صَلَّی اللّٰهُ عَلَیْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ بِیْ فِی جَمْعٍ سَحْرًا مَعَ ثَقْلِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّی اللّٰهُ عَلَیْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: اَبَلَغَكَ اَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: بَعَثَنِیْ بِلَیْلٍ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا، اِلَّا بِسِحْرٍ، کَذَلِكَ قُلْتُ: فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: رَمَیْنَا الْجَمْرَةَ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ، فَاَیْنَ صَلَّی الْفَجْرَ؟ فَقَالَ: لَا، اَ لَا یَدُلُّكَ بِسِحْرٍ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) sent me at the time of suhoor from Muzdalifah towards Mina along with his belongings and women, etc. The narrator said: I said to Ata: Have you heard that Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: He sent me at night? He replied: No, but at the time of suhoor. Likewise, I said that Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: We performed the stoning before Fajr, so where did you pray the Fajr prayer? He replied: No, does that not guide you regarding your suhoor?
