Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: They used to dislike including trade in their Hajj until this verse was revealed: «لَيْسَعَلَيْكُمْجُنَاحٌأَنتَبْتَغُوافَضْلًامِّنرَّبِّكُمْ» "There is no sin upon you that you seek the bounty of your Lord."

Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: During the days of Hajj, they used to refrain from buying and selling and trade. They used to say, "These are days of remembrance." So Allah the Exalted revealed this verse: «لَيْسَعَلَيْكُمْجُنَاحٌأَنتَبْتَغُوافَضْلًامِّنرَّبِّكُمْ» "There is no sin upon you that you seek the bounty of your Lord."
