Hadith 323
Tawoos (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated: I never saw that anyone opposed Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) and he left him until he made him acknowledge (the truth). So Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) disagreed with him regarding the issue of the woman who gets her menses after performing the Tawaf on the Day of Sacrifice (10th Dhul-Hijjah). Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: She may depart. Then he sent a message to the woman who had faced this situation during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and that woman agreed with the stance of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both).

Hadith 324
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated: The people were commanded that their last act should be at the House of Allah (by performing the Farewell Tawaf), except that a concession was given to menstruating women, except that a concession was given to menstruating women. Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated, we say: She will perform the Tawaf of the House of Allah (because the hadith is): "Until their last act is at the House of Allah."

Hadith 325
Tawoos (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated: There was a disagreement between Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas and Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with them both) regarding a menstruating woman departing without performing the Farewell Tawaf. Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: She may depart. Sayyiduna Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) said: She may not depart until she performs Tawaf of the House of Allah. So Sayyiduna Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) went to Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and asked her about the issue. She said: She may depart. Sayyiduna Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) came out smiling and was saying, "The ruling is as you (Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both) said: that she may depart."
