It is not permissible to be alone with a non-mahram woman
Hadith 320
اَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُالرَّزَّاقِ، نَا ابْنُ جُرَیْجٍ، اَخْبَرَنِیْ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِیْنَارٍ، عَنْ عِکْرَمَةِ، وَعَنْ اَبِیْ مَعْبَدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، اَنَّ رَجُلًا جَاءَ اِلَی الْمَدِیْنَةِ، فَقَالَ لَهٗ رَسُوْلُ اللّٰهِ صَلَّی اللّٰهُ عَلَیْهِ وَسَلَّمَ (رَجُلٌ) بِاِمْرَأَةٍ اِلَّا وَمَعَهَا ذُوْ مَحْرَمٍ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a man came to Madinah, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him: "No man should sit in seclusion with a woman except that her mahram relative is with her."
