Musnad Ishaq bin Rahwiya

It is not permissible to leave the mosque after hearing the adhan without a valid excuse
Hadith 146
أَخْبَرَنَا وَكِيعٌ، نا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ الْمُحَارِبِيِّ، قَالَ: خَرَجَ رَجُلٌ بَعْدَمَا أُذِّنَ بِصَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ، فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: ((أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ عَصَى أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ)) .
A man went out of the mosque, so Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) said: He has disobeyed Abul Qasim (peace be upon him).
Hadith 147
أَخْبَرَنَا النَّضْرُ، نا شُعْبَةُ، نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْمُهَاجِرِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الشَّعْثَاءِ، يَقُولُ: كُنْتُ جَالِسًا مَعَ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فَخَرَجَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ بَعْدَمَا أُذِّنَ، فَقَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ عَصَى أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
Abu’l-Sha’tha’ narrated: After the call to prayer for Asr had been given, a man went out of the mosque, so Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: He has disobeyed Abu’l-Qasim (peace be upon him).
Hadith 148
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الطَّنَافِسِيُّ، نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُهَاجِرِ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ مِثْلَهُ.
Ibrahim bin Al-Muhajir narrated from a man, from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), a narration similar to the previous hadith.
Hadith 149
أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، نا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَجُلَا خَارِجًا مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ بَعْدَمَا يُؤَذَّنَ فِيهِ، فَقَالَ: ((أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ عَصَى أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَذَّنَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ فَلَا تَخْرُجُوا حَتَّى تُصَلُّوا)) .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that he saw a man leaving the mosque after the call to prayer had been given. He said: He has disobeyed Abul Qasim (ﷺ). The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded us: "When the muezzin has given the call to prayer, do not leave (the mosque) until you have performed the prayer."
