If something touches a menstruating woman, it does not become impure
Hadith 105
أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُلَائِيُّ، نا صَالِحُ بْنُ رُسْتُمَ، عَنْ أَبِي يَزِيدَ الْمَدَنِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَتْ أُمُّ أَيْمَنَ: قَالَ: ((نَاوِلِينِي الْخُمْرَةَ)) ، قِيلَ: مَنْ؟ قَالَتِ: النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَتْ: إِنِّي حَائِضٌ، فَقَالَ: ((إِنَّ حَيْضَتُكِ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِكِ)).
Umm Ayman (Barakah bint Tha'labah) رضي الله عنها narrated, the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Hand me the mat." She said: "I am in a state of menstruation." So the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Your menstruation is not in your hand."
Hadith 106
اَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفُضَیْلِ بْنِ غَزْوَانْ، نَا الشَّیْبَانِیُّ، عَنْ یَزِیْدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ عَنْ مَیْمُوْنَة، قَالَتْ: کَانَ رَسُوْلُ اللّٰهِ صَلَّی اللّٰہُ عَلَیْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاَنَا اِلٰی جَنْبِهٖ، فَیُصِیْبُ ثَوْبِیْ ثِیَابَهٗ اِذَا سَجَدَ، وَاَنَا حَائِضٌ.
Lady Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated: I was beside the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and when he would prostrate, my garment would touch his garment while I was menstruating.
