Some reasons for rejecting the Shariah of Muhammad (peace be upon him)
Hadith 99
أَخْبَرَنَا النَّضْرُ، نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي حَكِيمٌ الْأَثْرَمُ، عَنْ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ الْهُجَيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: ((مَنْ أَتَى كَاهِنًا فَصَدَّقَهُ بِمَا يَقُولُ أَوْ أَتَى حَائِضًا أَوْ أَتَى امْرَأَةً فِي دُبُرِهَا فَقَدْ بَرِئَ مِمَّا أُنْزِلَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ)) .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever goes to a soothsayer and affirms what he says, or has intercourse with a menstruating woman, or has intercourse with a woman from her back, then such a person is dissociated from the Shari'ah revealed upon Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)."
