Hadith 97
أَخْبَرَنَا كُلْثُومُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي سِدْرَةَ، نا عَطَاءُ بْنُ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: الصَّلَوَاتُ الْخَمْسُ وَالْجُمْعَةُ كَفَّارَاتٌ لِمَا بَيْنَهُنَّ لِمَنِ اجْتَنَبَ الْكَبَائِرَ ".
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "The five prayers and one Jumu'ah to the next Jumu'ah are an expiation for the sins committed in between them, as long as major sins are avoided."
