Hadith 975

It is narrated with the same (previous) chain, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever enters Paradise will be in the form of Adam, peace be upon him. (After Adam, peace be upon him,) the stature of people has continued to decrease."

Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Abdush Shakoor Tirmidhi
Benefits:
From the aforementioned hadith, it is understood that whoever enters Paradise will be in the form of our master Adam (alayhis salam) in terms of beauty, handsomeness, and stature.

It is narrated from our master Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu) that the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "Whoever enters Paradise will be sixty cubits tall like our master Adam (alayhis salam)." (In the beginning, people’s height was sixty cubits, which gradually decreased until it reached the current height.) (Muslim, Book of Paradise and its Description, Chapter: Peoples will enter Paradise whose hearts are like the hearts of birds)

It is also understood that in every era, people have been shorter in stature compared to those before them. For example, the footprints of Ibrahim (alayhis salam) present at Maqam Ibrahim are of average size, i.e., approximately 6 or 7 inches.
