Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: It is astonishing that people abandon saying «لا إله إلا الله» and «الله أكبر»; as for me, I only desire that the takbir be performed well. Satan attacks a person from the direction of sin, so when he is protected from that, then he attacks him from the direction of good deeds so that he may abandon the Sunnah and commit innovation.
