Statement about those who grow up in blessings
Hadith 921
أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُقْرِئُ، نا الْأَفْرِيقِيُّ، نا عُمَارَةُ بْنُ رَاشِدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: ((شَرُّ أُمَّتِي الَّذِينَ غُذُّوا فِي النِّعَمِ وَنَبَتَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ أَجْسَامُهُمْ)) .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he said: "The worst people of my Ummah are those who were brought up in blessings and whose bodies grew upon them."
