Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever accuses his slave of something, while the slave is innocent of that accusation, then the legal punishment (hadd) will be established upon him, unless the slave is exactly as he has said."
