Hadith Takhrij «مسند احمد : 443/2 . قال شعيب الارناوط : حسن .»
Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Abdush Shakoor Tirmidhi
Benefits:
From the mentioned hadith, it is understood that the supplication (dua) of a just ruler is accepted by Allah, the Possessor of Majesty.

Although Allah, the Lord of Might, accepts the supplication of everyone, the supplication of certain individuals is especially accepted due to their righteousness and their relationship with Allah. On the other hand, there are also some people whose supplications are not accepted by Allah, the Possessor of Majesty. For example: (1) one who consumes unlawful (haram) sustenance, (2) an adulterer, (3) one who forcibly collects taxes, etc.
