Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "For every prophet, there is a supplication for his nation that is accepted. I wish that, if Allah wills, I will postpone my supplication for my nation as intercession for them on the Day of Resurrection."
