The worst person in a tribe is the one honored to avoid his evil
Hadith 805
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: ((بِئْسَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ أَخُو الْعَشِيرَةِ)) ثُمَّ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ فَكَلَّمَهُ فَرَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُقْبِلًا عَلَيْهِ بِوَجْهِهِ حَتَّى ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّ لَهُ عِنْدَهُ مَنْزِلَةً.
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that a man was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), so he (peace be upon him) said: "He is a bad man of the tribe." Then that man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he spoke to him. I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) giving him full attention, to the extent that I thought he had a high status with the Prophet.
