Description of gold bangles
Hadith 705

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ السَّكَنِ قَالَتْ: ((رَأَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ سِوَارَيْنِ مِنْ نَارٍ فَرَقَّتْ بِهِ، فَمَا رَأَيْنَاهُ بَعْدُ)).
Sayyida Asma bint Yazid al-Sakan (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a woman wearing two gold bangles, so he said to her: "Do you like that Allah should make you wear two bangles of fire?" So she threw them away, and after that, we did not see them on her again.
