Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "By Him in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad (peace be upon him)! Sitting with people who supplicate to Allah and remember Him from the Fajr prayer until sunrise is more beloved to me than freeing four slaves from among the descendants of Isma'il, or that I free their like from Asr until sunset."

Hadith Takhrij«سنن ابوداود ، كتاب العلم، باب فى القصص، رقم: 3667۔ قال الشيخ الالباني حسن»
Benefits: From the mentioned hadith, it is understood that the time from Fajr until sunrise and from the Asr prayer until sunset is beneficial for the remembrance of Allah (dhikr). And in the Noble Qur’an, there is encouragement for abundant remembrance during this period. As the divine command states: «يَاأَيُّهَاالَّذِينَآمَنُوااذْكُرُوااللَّـهَذِكْرًاكَثِيرًا ٭ وَسَبِّحُوهُبُكْرَةًوَأَصِيلًا»[33-الأحزاب:41] “O believers! Remember Allah abundantly and glorify Him morning and evening.”
´Anas bin Malik narrated that :` the Messenger of Allah said: "Whoever prays Fajr in congregation, then sits remembering Allah until the sun has risen, then he prays two Rak'ah, then for him is the reward like that of a Hajj and Umrah." He said: "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Complete, complete, complete.'"
Shaykh Dr. Abdur Rahman Freywai
Commentary: 1: Today, the entire Ummah of Muhammad (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), all its imams and all their followers, are so greatly deprived of this immense reward and the blessings of the early part of the day. Just consider this hadith to realize it. Except as Allah wills. O Allah, make us among them.

Narrated Anas ibn Malik: The Prophet ﷺ said: That I sit in the company of the people who remember Allah the Exalted from morning prayer till the sun rises is clearer to me than that I emancipate four slaves from the children of Isra'il, and that I sit with the people who remember Allah from afternoon prayer till the sun sets is dearer to me than that I emancipate four slaves.

Benefits and Issues: Benefit: This narration is weak in its chain of transmission. However, being granted the ability to remember Allah is a great virtue and blessing. And delivering or listening to admonition from the Qur’an and Sunnah is also included in the meaning of the remembrance of Allah. Furthermore, the time from true dawn (fajr sadiq) until sunrise, and likewise from ‘asr until sunset, is the most excellent and precious time for drawing near to Allah. It is stated: (So be patient over what they say and glorify the praises of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting) However, some scholars have also considered it to be hasan (acceptable).
