Hadith 565

With this same chain: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "By the One in Whose hand is my soul! Performing one prayer in the mosque of Madinah (the Prophet's Mosque) is better than performing a thousand prayers in other mosques, except for the Ka'bah (the Sacred Mosque in Makkah)."

Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Abdush Shakoor Tirmidhi
Benefits:
From the mentioned hadith, the virtue of performing prayer in the Prophet’s Mosque (Masjid Nabawi) is established. In another hadith, the Noble Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: ((Whoever performs forty prayers consecutively in my mosque, not missing a single prayer, for him is written freedom from the Fire, freedom from punishment, and freedom from hypocrisy.)) (Musnad Ahmad: 3/155).... “Whoever (a believing monotheist) performs forty prayers consecutively in my mosque, not missing a single prayer, he becomes free from the Fire of Hell and from hypocrisy.”
