Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: Ever since I heard three qualities about Banu Tamim from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), I have loved them (and this love will continue). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "They are the strongest and most severe among my Ummah against the Dajjal." One of their slave girls was with Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Set her free, for she is from Banu Isma'il." And when the charity from Banu Tamim came, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This is the charity of our people."

Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Abdush Shakoor Tirmidhi
Benefits: ➊ ... From the mentioned narration, it is understood that loving those who possess good qualities is recommended (mustahabb). ➋ ... Banu Tamim was an honorable tribe among the Arab tribes. And the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) referred to this tribe as his own because their lineage, upon reaching Mudar, joins with that of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam). Tamim bin Murrah bin Ad bin Tabanhah bin Ilyas bin Mudar—and the woman of Banu Tamim is referred to as being from the descendants of Isma'il (alayhis salam) because the lineage of Banu Tamim connects with that of our master Isma'il (alayhis salam). It is also understood from this that the individuals of an honorable family should be respected, provided that they are righteous people; if they are not righteous, then honoring them is not permissible.
As is the case in the present society, that a certain person belongs to the Sayyid family, he is a Sayyid, so he should be respected. The situation is such that the person neither adheres to the Shari'ah nor possesses the qualities of noble people, so such people should not be honored. As is proven from the incident of the son of our master Nuh (alayhis salam), our master Nuh (alayhis salam) said: O Allah! ﴿اِنَّابْنِیْمِنْاَهْلِیْ﴾ (Hud: 45) ... "My son is indeed from my family."
Allah, the Possessor of Majesty, said: ﴿یٰنُوْحُاِنَّهٗلَیْسَمِنْاَهْلِكَاِنَّهٗعَمَلٌغَیْرُصَالِحٍ﴾ (Hud: 46) ... "O Nuh! He is not of your family; indeed, his work is unrighteous."
