Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) narrated a hadith similar to the previous one.

Benefits: ➊ In the Battle of the Trench (Ghazwah Khandaq), the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) was aided through the wind, as is stated in the Word of Allah: ﴿یٰٓاَیُّهَاالَّذیْنَاٰمَنُوااذْکُرُوْانِعْمَةَاللّٰهِعَلَیْکُمْاِذْجَآءَتْکُمْجُنُوْدٌفَاَرْسَلْنَاعَلَیْهِمْرِیْحًاوَّجُنُوْدًالَّمْتَرَوْهَا﴾ (Al-Ahzab: 9) ... “O you who believe! Remember Allah’s favor upon you when hosts came upon you, so We sent against them a wind and hosts you did not see.” This is included among the miracles of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam).
➋ The people of ‘Ad were destroyed by means of the wind, as is mentioned in the Noble Qur’an: ﴿وَاَمَّاعَادٌفَاُهْلِکُوْابِرِیحٍصَرْصَرٍعَاتِیَةٍ () سَخَّرَهَاعَلَیْهِمْسَبْعَلَیَالٍوَّثَمَانِیَةَاَیَّامٍحُسُومًا﴾ (Al-Haqqah: 6, 7) ... “And as for ‘Ad, they were destroyed by a furious, violent wind, which He imposed upon them for seven nights and eight days continuously.”
