Hadith 53

With this same chain, it is narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Hour will not be established as long as there remains a single man who professes 'La ilaha illallah' (There is no god but Allah), or who enjoins good and forbids evil."

Hadith Takhrij «
Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Abdush Shakoor Tirmidhi
Benefits:
The aforementioned narration is weak. However, in another authentic hadith, it is reported that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr radi Allahu anhuma says that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: "The Hour will not be established until Allah, the Possessor of Majesty, takes away the best people from the inhabitants of the earth, and only the most vile people will remain, who will not regard good as good nor evil as evil." (Majma‘ al-Zawa’id: 8/25, no. 12606, its chain is authentic)
