Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated: Adam (peace be upon him) descended wiping his tears at the Black Stone; that stone was whiter than cotton, (its blackness is due to the sins of the people of ignorance) and since he left Paradise, his tears have not dried until he returned to it.
