Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Abdush Shakoor Tirmidhi
Benefits: From the mentioned hadith, it is understood that during Hajj, a person should walk with calmness and tranquility. Hastiness or running is not permissible. In another hadith, it is mentioned that the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) quickened his mount in the Valley of Muhassir. (Sunan Ibn Majah, no. 3023) The reason for this was that the army of Abraha was destroyed in the Valley of Muhassir, so due to Allah’s punishment, he (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) passed through this place quickly.
