Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saw the grave of his noble mother, so he wept and made those around him weep as well. Then he said: "I sought permission from my Lord to visit the grave of my noble mother, and He granted me permission. And I sought permission to seek forgiveness for her, but He did not grant me permission. So visit (the graves), for they remind you of the Hereafter."
