The daughter of Haritha bin Nu'man said: I saw that our oven and the oven of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) were the same. I learned Surah Qaf from the blessed mouth of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) (by hearing it), he (peace be upon him) used to recite it on the pulpit on Fridays.

Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Abdush Shakoor Tirmidhi
Benefits: From the aforementioned hadith, it is understood that the recitation of Surah Qaf in the Friday sermon (khutbah) and admonition is Sunnah. It is mentioned in Sahih Muslim that the Noble Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam used to recite Surah "Qaf" and "Iqtarabat al-Sa'ah" in the Eid prayer. (Muslim, Book of the Two Eid Prayers, Chapter: What is recited in the Eid prayers)
Hafiz Ibn Kathir rahimahullah states: The meaning of reciting in the two Eids and Friday is that you used to recite this surah in large gatherings. Because in it there is mention of the beginning of creation, resurrection and revival, the Hereafter, standing (for judgment), reckoning, Paradise, Hell, reward and reproach, and encouragement and warning.
