Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "There is a moment on Friday in which if a Muslim person is praying and asks Allah for any good during it, Allah grants him that good, provided he does not ask for something sinful or for breaking family ties."

Explanation & Benefits
Hafiz Abdush Shakoor Tirmidhi
Benefits: From the aforementioned hadith, the virtue of the day of Jumu‘ah (Friday) is established, in which there is such an hour that the supplication (du‘a) of one who makes a permissible supplication is accepted. There is a difference of opinion regarding which hour this is. In one hadith, the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: “That hour is from the time the imam sits on the pulpit until the prayer is completed.” (Muslim, no. 853; Sunan Abi Dawud, no. 1049)
In another hadith, it is stated that the hour is between the ‘Asr prayer and sunset. (Sunan Abi Dawud, no. 1048; Sunan Tirmidhi, no. 489)
Hafiz Ibn Hajar rahimahullah, in his commentary on “Sahih al-Bukhari,” “Fath al-Bari,” has transmitted the statements of nearly forty scholars, but the two most preponderant opinions are those mentioned in the two hadiths above. What seems most appropriate is that this hour should be sought from the time of the Jumu‘ah prayer until the end of the day, and during this period, one should strive to make abundant supplication.
Shaykh Ibn Jibreen rahimahullah has also indicated towards this. (Fatawa Islamiyyah: 1/400)
Imam Shawkani rahimahullah quotes the statement of ‘Allamah Ibn Munir rahimahullah that the benefit in keeping this hour hidden, just as Laylat al-Qadr is kept hidden, is so that in searching for it, abundant voluntary prayers (nafl) are performed and supplications are made. (Nayl al-Awtar: 3/277)
