Hadith 1620
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَوْسٍ قَالَ: كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يُؤْخَذُ بِذَنْبِ غَيْرِهِ، حَتَّى جَاءَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ الَّذِي وَفَّى أَلا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَى [النَّجْمِ: 37-38] .
It is narrated from Amr bin Aws, he said: Previously, a person would be seized because of another's sin, until Ibrahim (peace be upon him) came, and Allah Almighty said: "And it was in the scriptures of Ibrahim that no person will bear the burden of another." (__QUR_N__: An-Najm: 37, 38)
Hadith 1621
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبْجَرَ، عَنْ إِيَادِ بْنِ لَقِيطٍ، عَنْ أَبِي رِمْثَةَ، قَالَ: دَخَلْتُ مَعَ أَبِي عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَأَى أَبِي الَّذِي بِظَهْرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: دَعْنِي أُعَالِجُ الَّذِي بِظَهْرِكَ فَإِنِّي طَبِيبٌ، قَالَ: "أَنْتَ رَفِيقٌ" ، وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "مَنْ هَذَا مَعَكَ" ؟ فَقَالَ: ابْنِي. قَالَ: "اشْهَدْ بِهِ" ، قَالَ: "أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَا يَجْنِي عَلَيْكَ وَلَا تَجْنِي عَلَيْهِ" . أَخْرَجَ الْأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَحْكَامِ الْقُرْآنِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ جِرَاحِ الْعَمْدِ.
It is narrated from Abu Rimtha (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: "I went with my father to the presence of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and my father saw something on the back of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and said: 'Allow me to treat what is on your back, for I am a physician.' The Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'You are a good companion.' And the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) asked: 'Who is this with you?' He replied: 'This is my son, I bear witness to him.' The Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'Beware! You will not be held accountable for your son's faults, nor will your son be held accountable for your faults.'"
