It is narrated from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib and Abu Salamah bin 'Abd al-Rahman that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The right of pre-emption applies to property that has not been divided; when the boundaries have been determined, then there is no right of pre-emption."
