Hadith 1489
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: "الشُّفْعَةُ فِيمَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ" .
It is narrated from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib and Abu Salamah bin 'Abd al-Rahman that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The right of pre-emption applies to property that has not been divided; when the boundaries have been determined, then there is no right of pre-emption."
Hadith 1490
أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ، أَوْ مِثْلَ مَعْنَاهُ لَا يُخَالِفُهُ.
It is also narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) in the same manner as the previous hadith or with the same meaning.
Hadith 1491
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: "الشُّفْعَةُ فِيمَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ" . أَخْرَجَ الثَّلَاثَةَ الْأَحَادِيثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلَافِ الْحَدِيثِ.
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The right of pre-emption applies to property that has not been divided; when the boundaries have been determined, there is no right of pre-emption."
