Hadith 1471
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِلْيَهُودِ حِينَ افْتَتَحَ خَيْبَرَ: "أُقِرُّكُمْ عَلَى مَا أَقَرَّكُمُ اللَّهُ عَلَى أَنَّ الثَّمَرَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ" ، فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَبْعَثُ ابْنَ رَوَاحَةَ فَيَخْرُصُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُمْ. ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ وَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَلِي.
It is narrated from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib, may Allah have mercy on him, that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ conquered Khaybar, he said to the Jews: "I allow you to remain here on the condition upon which Allah has settled you, and that is that the fruits will be divided equally between us and you." Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would send Ibn Rawahah, may Allah be pleased with him, and he would estimate the fruits and divide them, then he would say to them: "The choice of selection is yours."
Hadith 1472
أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لِيَهُودِ خَيْبَرَ حِينَ افْتَتَحَ خَيْبَرَ: "أُقِرُّكُمْ مَا أَقَرَّكُمُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَلَى أَنَّ التَّمْرَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ" ، قَالَ: فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَبْعَثُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ رَوَاحَةَ فَيَخْرُصُ عَلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: إِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ وَإِنْ شِئْتُمْ فَلِي، فَكَانُوا يَأْخُذُونَهُ.

Hadith 1473
أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَبْعَثُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ رَوَاحَةَ فَيَخْرُصُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ يَهُودَ. أَخْرَجَ الْأَوَّلَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلَافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الزَّكَاةِ.
It is narrated from Sulaiman bin Yasar (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to send Abdullah bin Rawahah (may Allah be pleased with him), and he would make estimations and divide between you and the Jews.
