Hadith 1435
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: لَا تَبِيعُوا إِلَى الْعَطَاءِ وَلَا إِلَى الْأَنْدَرِ وَلَا إِلَى الدِّيَاسِ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ.
It is narrated from Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) that Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) states: Do not buy and sell on credit until the salary (i.e., wages) is received, until the crop has been harvested, and until the grain has been sold.
