Hadith 1429
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، [ ص: 194 ] عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ.
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling the fruit of the tree for several years.
Hadith 1430
أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ.
It is also narrated through another chain from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (ﷺ) similar to the previous hadith.
Hadith 1431
أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: نَهَيْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ مُعَاوَمَةً.
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): He said, I forbade Ibn Zubair (may Allah be pleased with them both) from selling date palm trees for several years.
Hadith 1432
أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ: نَهَيْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ مُعَاوَمَةً.
Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that I forbade Ibn Zubair (may Allah be pleased with them) from selling date palm trees for several years in advance.
Hadith 1433
أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ.
It is narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade selling for several years.
Hadith 1434
أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ. أَخْرَجَ الثَّلَاثَةَ الْأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ، وَإِلَى آخِرِ السَّادِسِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْمُزَارَعَةِ وَكَرْيِ الْأَرْضِينَ.
Through another chain as well, a narration similar to the previous hadith is reported from the Prophet ﷺ through Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him).
