It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sells a date-palm tree to someone after it has been pollinated, then its (current year's) fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates a condition (that he will also take the fruit), then it is permissible."

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever sells a slave who possesses wealth, then his wealth belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates a condition, then it belongs to him."
