Hadith 1363
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ النَّجْشِ.
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade najsh (artificially inflating prices to deceive).
Hadith 1364
أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "لَا تَنَاجَشُوا" .
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Do not artificially raise prices to deceive."
Hadith 1365
أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، وَمَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ مِثْلَهُ.
It is narrated in a similar manner through another chain from Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him.
Hadith 1366
أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ. أَخْرَجَ الْأَرْبَعَةَ الْأَحَادِيثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلَافِ الْحَدِيثِ.
Through another chain of narration, from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him), a narration similar to the previous hadith is reported from the Prophet (ﷺ).
