Hadith 1359
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ" .
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "No townsman should sell for a villager."
Hadith 1360
أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "لَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، دَعُوا النَّاسَ يَرْزُقُ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ" .
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No townsman should sell for a villager; leave the people alone, Allah provides sustenance to some through others."
Hadith 1361
أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "لَا تَلَقَّوُا السِّلَعَ" . أَخْرَجَ الثَّلَاثَةَ الْأَحَادِيثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلَافِ الْحَدِيثِ.
It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Do not meet the caravans ahead (of their arrival)."
