Hadith 1029
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّاسُ يَنْصَرِفُونَ مِنْ كُلِّ وَجْهٍ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "لَا يَنْفِرَنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْحَاجِّ حَتَّى يَكُونَ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ" .
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that he said: When people would finish Hajj, they would depart in every direction, so the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "None of the pilgrims should leave until his last act is at the House of Allah (i.e., he performs the Farewell Tawaf)."
Hadith 1030
أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: لَا يَصْدُرَنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْحَاجِّ حَتَّى يَكُونَ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ، فَإِنَّ آخِرَ النُّسُكِ الطَّوَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ.
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "None among the pilgrims should return until his last act is performed at the House of Allah. Indeed, the final act of Hajj is the (farewell) Tawaf of the House of Allah."
Hadith 1031
قَالَ مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: لَا يَصْدُرَنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنَ الْحَاجِّ حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ، فَإِنَّ آخِرَ النُّسُكِ الطَّوَافُ بِالْبَيْتِ. قَالَ مَالِكٌ: وَذَلِكَ فِيمَا نُرَى وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ لِقَوْلِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا: ثُمَّ مَحِلُّهَا إِلَى الْبَيْتِ الْعَتِيقِ [الْحَجِّ: 33] مَحِلُّ الشَّعَائِرِ وَانْقِضَاؤُهَا الْبَيْتُ الْعَتِيقُ.
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "None of the pilgrims should return until he has performed the Tawaf of the House (Ka'bah), because the last act of Hajj is the (farewell) Tawaf of the House of Allah." Imam Malik (may Allah have mercy on him) said: In our opinion—and Allah knows best—this is the explanation of Allah's statement: "Then its being made lawful is at the House of Allah," meaning that becoming lawful from the rites of Hajj and their completion is at the Ka'bah.
Hadith 1032
أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَحْوَلِ، وَهُوَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ خَالُ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، وَكَانَ ثِقَةً، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: كَانَ النَّاسُ يَنْصَرِفُونَ لِكُلِّ وَجْهٍ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "لَا يَصْدُرَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ حَتَّى يَكُونَ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ" . أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِكِ، وَالثَّالِثَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلَافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَالرَّابِعَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الْأَمَالِي.
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that he said: (After performing Hajj) people would return from every direction, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "None of you should return until his last act is the circumambulation of the House (Ka'bah)."
