It is narrated from Ibn Jurayj that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would see the House of Allah, he would raise both his hands and supplicate: "O Allah! Increase the honor, greatness, nobility, and awe of this House, and increase the honor, dignity, greatness, and goodness of those among the people who honored and ennobled it, those who performed Hajj and ‘Umrah of it."

It is narrated from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib that when he would see the House of Allah, he would recite this supplication: "O Allah! You are the Source of peace and from You is all peace, so O Lord, keep us alive with peace."

It is narrated from Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he said: "The hands should be raised in prayer, and when seeing the Ka'bah, then at Safa and Marwah, on the night of Arafah, at Muzdalifah, near the two Jamrahs, and over the deceased."
