Hadith 937
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَفَلَ فَلَمَّا كَانَ بِالرَّوْحَاءِ لَقِيَ رَكْبًا فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ، فَقَالَ: "مَنِ الْقَوْمُ" ؟ فَقَالُوا: مُسْلِمُونَ فَمَنِ الْقَوْمُ؟ قَالَ: رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "رَسُولُ اللَّهِ" . فَرَفَعَتْ إِلَيْهِ امْرَأَةٌ صَبِيًّا لَهَا مِنْ مَحَفَّةٍ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَلِهَذَا حَجٌّ؟ قَالَ: "نَعَمْ وَلَكَ أَجْرٌ" .
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when the Prophet ﷺ returned and met some riders at the place of Rauha, he ﷺ greeted them with salam and asked: "Who are you people?" They replied: "We are Muslims, and who are you people?" He ﷺ said: "I am the Messenger of Allah." A woman lifted her child in her hands from the litter and said: "O Messenger of Allah! Is there Hajj (valid) for this child?" He ﷺ replied: "Yes, and the reward is for you."
Hadith 938
أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِامْرَأَةٍ وَهِيَ فِي مَحَفَّتِهَا فَقِيلَ لَهَا: هَذَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخَذَتْ بِعَضُدِ صَبِيٍّ كَانَ مَعَهَا، فَقَالَتْ: أَلِهَذَا حَجٌّ؟ قَالَ: "نَعَمْ وَلَكِ أَجْرٌ" .
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) passed by a woman who was in a litter. It was said to her: "This is the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)." She took hold of her child's arm and said: "Is his Hajj valid?" He (peace be upon him) said: "Yes, and the reward is for you."
Hadith 939
أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِامْرَأَةٍ وَهِيَ فِي مَحَفَّتِهَا، فَقِيلَ: هَذَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخَذَتْ بِعَضُدِ صَبِيٍّ كَانَ مَعَهَا، فَقَالَتْ: أَلِهَذَا حَجٌّ؟ قَالَ: "نَعَمْ وَلَكِ أَجْرٌ" . أَخْرَجَ الثَّلَاثَةَ الْأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِكِ وَالْأَوَّلَانِ أَوَّلُ مَا فِيهِ.
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) passed by a woman who was in a palanquin. It was said to the woman: "This is the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)." She took hold of her child's arm and said: "Is his Hajj valid?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied: "Yes, and the reward is for you."
