Hadith 935
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ وَسَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ: أُوَاجِرُ نَفْسِي مِنْ هَؤُلَاءِ الْقَوْمِ، فَأَنْسُكُ مَعَهُمُ الْمَنَاسِكَ، أَلِيَ أَجْرٌ؟ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: نَعَمْ أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا وَاللَّهُ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ [الْبَقَرَةِ: 202] .
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that a man asked him: "I have taken employment with a people (on the condition that) I will perform Hajj with them, so will my Hajj be valid?" Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) replied: "Yes, these are the people for whom there is a share in what they earn, and Allah is swift in taking account." (__QUR_2:202__)
Hadith 936
أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ وَسَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ: أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أُوَاجِرُ نَفْسِي مِنْ هَؤُلَاءِ الْقَوْمِ فَأَنْسُكُ مَعَهُمُ الْمَنَاسِكَ هَلْ يُجْزِئُ عَنِّي. فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: نَعَمْ أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِمَّا كَسَبُوا وَاللَّهُ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِكِ.
It is narrated from Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) that a man asked Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them): "I have taken employment with a people so that I will perform Hajj with them. Will my Hajj be valid?" Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: "Yes, for them is their share of deeds, and Allah is swift in taking account."
