Hadith 835
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: مَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ بَعِيرٌ أَوْ بَقَرَةٌ.
It is narrated from Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) that Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say: By "whatever is easy from the sacrificial animal" is meant the sacrifice of a camel or a cow.
Hadith 836
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ الْقَدَّاحُ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانٍ [ ص: 204 ] الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَشْعَرَ فِي الشِّقِّ الْأَيْمَنِ.
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (ﷺ) performed Ish'ar on the right side of the hump.
Hadith 837
أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُبَالِي فِي أَيِّ الشِّقَّيْنِ أَشْعَرَ فِي الْأَيْسَرِ أَوْ فِي الْأَيْمَنِ. أَخْرَجَ الْأَوَّلَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلَافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الْأَمَالِي.
It is narrated from Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) that it is reported from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he did not consider it objectionable whether the (camel's) right side was marked or the left side.
