Hadith 771
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ: أَنَّهُ رَأَى ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَرُدُّ مَنْ جَاوَزَ الْمَوَاقِيتَ غَيْرَ مُحْرِمٍ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِكِ.
It is narrated from Abu Sha’tha’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that he saw Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) returning anyone who passed the miqat without entering into ihram.
