Hadith 733
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْعَنْبَرِ فَقَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ فِيهِ شَيْءٌ، فَفِيهِ الْخُمُسُ.
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was asked about ambergris, so he said: If there is anything in it, then it is the fifth part.
Hadith 734
أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْعَنْبَرِ، فَقَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ فِيهِ شَيْءٌ، فَفِيهِ الْخُمُسُ. أَخْرَجَ الْأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الزَّكَاةِ، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ.
It is narrated from Tawus that Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about ambergris, so he said: If there is anything in it, then it is the fifth part.
