It is narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) recited Surah Al-Jumu'ah and Surah Al-Munafiqun in the two rak'ahs of Jumu'ah.

It is narrated from Ubaidullah bin Abi Rafi’ (may Allah have mercy on him) that he narrates from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he recited Surah Jumu’ah and ﴿إِذَاجَاءَكَالْمُنَافِقُونَ﴾ in the Friday prayer. Ubaidullah says: I said to Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): “You have recited the same two surahs that Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used to recite in the Friday prayer.” So Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) also used to recite these two.”

Samurah bin Jundub (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet ﷺ that the Prophet ﷺ used to recite “Sabbih isma rabbika al-A‘la” and “Hal ataka hadith al-Ghashiyah” in the Friday prayer.

It is narrated from Ubaydullah bin Abdullah (may Allah have mercy on him) that Dahhak bin Qais asked Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him): "Which surah would the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) recite after Surah Al-Jumu'ah in the Friday prayer?" So Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) replied: "He (ﷺ) would recite: 'Has there come to you the narration of the Overwhelming?' (Surah Al-Ghashiyah)."
