Hadith 290
حَدَّثَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ صَالِحٍ مَوْلَى التَّوْءَمَةِ قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يُصَلِّي فَوْقَ ظَهْرِ الْمَسْجِدِ وَحْدَهُ بِصَلَاةِ الْإِمَامِ.
It is narrated from Salih, the freed slave of Al-Tuwamah, may Allah have mercy on him, who states: I saw Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that he performed prayer behind the Imam alone on the roof of the mosque.
Hadith 291
أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ بْنُ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ صَلَّى الْجُمُعَةَ فِي بُيُوتِ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ فَصَلَّى بِصَلَاةِ الْإِمَامِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ وَبَيْنَ بُيُوتِ حُمَيْدٍ وَالْمَسْجِدِ الطَّرِيقُ. أَخْرَجَ الْأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْأَمَالِي، وَالثَّانِيَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْإِمَامَةِ.
It is narrated from Salih bin Ibrahim who states: I saw Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) perform the Friday prayer in congregation behind the Imam in the houses of Humaid bin Abdur Rahman bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him); the Imam was in the mosque. There was a road between Humaid's houses and the mosque.
