It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), and she mentioned being in the state of Ihram with the Prophet (ﷺ), that she experienced menstruation during that time. The Prophet (ﷺ) instructed her to do all the acts that pilgrims do except for the circumambulation of the House (Ka'bah) and prayer, until she became pure.

It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: I came to Makkah while I was menstruating. I neither performed the Tawaf of the House (Ka'bah) nor the Sa'i between Safa and Marwah. I asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about this, and he said: "Do what the pilgrims do, except for the Tawaf of the House, until you become pure."
