It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), he states: A Bedouin entered the mosque and said, "O Allah! Have mercy on Muhammad (ﷺ) and me, and do not have mercy on anyone else besides us." (Hearing this) the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "You have limited (Allah's) vast mercy." Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) says: After a short while, he urinated in a corner of the mosque and the people hurried to stop him. But the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stopped them, then ordered a bucket or tub of water, which was poured over the urine. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Teach and be gentle, do not be harsh."
