Hadith 2
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنِ الثِّقَةِ عِنْدَهُ، عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ، أَوْ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْعَدَوِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ بِئْرَ بُضَاعَةَ يُطْرَحُ فِيهَا الْكِلَابُ وَالْحِيَضُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "إِنَّ الْمَاءَ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ" . أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ اخْتِلَافِ الْحَدِيثِ.
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a man asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and said: "Indeed, pieces of meat from dogs and cloths stained with menstrual blood are thrown into the well of Budā‘ah (the name of a well). (Can we attain purification with its water?)" So the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Nothing makes water impure."
