أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ: أَنَّ غُلَامًا مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ قَتَلَ حَمَامَةً مِنْ حَمَامِ مَكَّةَ فَأَمَرَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَنْ يَفْتَدِيَ عَنْهُ بِشَاةٍ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِكِ، وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْحَجِّ مِنَ الْأَمَالِي.
It is narrated from Ata that a slave of the Quraysh killed a female pigeon from among the pigeons of Makkah, so Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) ordered that a goat be given as compensation on his behalf.
