Hadith 745

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ يَحْيَى الْمَازِنِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَةٌ" . أَخْرَجَ الثَّلَاثَةَ الْأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الزَّكَاةِ.
It is narrated from Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no zakat on produce less than five wasq."
