أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ التَّمَّارِ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ [ ص: 163 ] قَالَ فِي زَكَاةِ الْكَرْمِ: "يُخْرَصُ كَمَا يُخْرَصُ النَّخْلُ، ثُمَّ تُؤَدَّى زَكَاتُهُ زَبِيبًا كَمَا تُؤَدَّى زَكَاةُ النَّخْلِ تَمْرًا" .
It is narrated from ‘Itab bin Usayd (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding the zakat of grapes: “Its estimation will be made just as the estimation is made for date palms. Then its zakat will be given in raisins just as the zakat of date palms is given in dates.”
